Food.

I keep collecting these links for great recipes, and am slowly going through each of them one by one.

Thought I’d share them with everyone, but also make a post out of it so I can keep track!

PATATAS BRAVAS

THE SIMPLEST WHITE BREAD EVER

(Really? I thought batter breads were the easiest.)

POTSTICKERS

(They look INCREDIBLE, and I love the step-by-step pictorial)

OPEN FACED SALMON SANDWICH WITH MUSTARD DRESSING

By Marcus Samuelsson, who kind of annoys me on TV with his attitude, but damn that guy knows how to cook.

BANANA BUTTERMILK PANCAKES

(I made these, and didn’t have buttermilk on hand, so I made some of my own by combining 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice or white vinegar with enough milk to equal 1 cup is a quick and easy way to make sour milk at home.

Allow the milk/lemon juice mixture to stand 10 minutes, and the milk should sour and thicken slightly.

DELISH! And very filling. A meal out of this, was one pancake, smeared in cashew butter and half a banana sliced on top, no maple syrup, no pecans.)

If you are new to baking in general, you should read this super handy FAQ.
