I’m glad I had bad asthma as a child — that prevented me from even THINKING about smoking, because it would result in a full blown attack.

If you know anyone that smokes, have them read a book called The Easy Way to Stop Smoking. They aren't kidding. I smoked for 20 years and someone online told me that 90% of the people who read this book quit. I HAD to try it. I was so amazed with it. I'm so done with smoking, but it is frustrating to see people who smoke, want to quit and won't read the book. When I heard about it, I went to the library and got it the next day and I'm so glad I did. I feel so much healthier, save so much time, as well as $3000/yr.
Where is the literature on the secondhand smoke-related deaths? As far as I know there was only one study that linked secondhand smoke to anything other than irritation and it was retracted less than a year later.

Smoking is yucky and I've never smoked a cigarette in my life. It's so horrifying how tobacco execs knew about all of the dangers of smoking and kept the lies up for YEARS. I don't know how people can start smoking these days with knowing all of the horrible consequences.
wow this is Scary!!!
