Stupid Fantastic Comfort Food.

Got the minced pork for sale in the grocery store today. 50% off! Bought it for $2.50, and I have enough for at least 4-5 more big bowls.
And I have a lot of mashed potatoes left, but barely any green beans even though I thought I bought a lot.
BF always asks me what I put in my seasonings and I tell him: whatever I see.
With me in the kitchen, it’s a mixture of any (but never all!) of the following:
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Sesame Oil
- Olive Oil
- Oyster Sauce
- Cooking Sake
- Mirin
- Paprika, Turmeric and other Spices
- White Pepper
- Fleur de Sel
- Soya Sauce
- Dark Soya Sauce
- Red Curry Paste
- Bay Leaves
- Fresh Chopped Green Onions (yes, surprisingly I use these A LOT as a flavour profile)
Depending on the meat, and what else I have paired with it, I just mix what I want in there.
