How to add Footer Text at the bottom of all of your RSS Feeds

This was passed on by the amazing Lys of Just Anotha Gal who tipped me off that people may be scraping my feeds and profiting off them by re-posting them on their own blog, and charging advertising fees for it.

Bastards.

By the way, if you’re reading this and it’s not through a Reader, it is STOLEN CONTENT. Yea. Take that.

Anyway, in the process of trying to figure out how to put the screws to them, I figured out how to do cool footer notes (up to 500 characters) that will show up at the end of every one of your RSS Feeds.

It’s the coolest thing!

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Site Feed

3. Type whatever you want in the footer!

This is so cool.

Now I can change up the text if I wanted, add in that I’m running contests.. or whatever, whenever I want.

Hee hee!
